I had a delightful stay at this very boutique hotel in Tbilisi. The personal approach and friendly hospitality made me feel like a special guest. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to my day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the fantastic backyard. Despite being a 15-minute drive from the old town, it was worth it to experience the charm of a Tbilisi residential area. I highly recommend this hotel for appreciating Georgian hospitality.

The hotel is nestled in a peaceful part of the city, but only a short walk to the bustling city center. the room is immaculately clean and spacious, with a bathroom that is modern and well-maintained. the staff provide excellent, friendly service and offer a hearty breakfast with locally-sourced delicacies. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the city from the balcony and take advantage of the room’s thoughtful amenities.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a great time. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a range of Georgian cuisine available. the rooms were well-kept and the staff was very friendly. the view from the balcony was amazing, giving a perfect view of the city.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, and the streets near the hotel were a bit intimidating to walk around after dark. the hot water wasn't readily available which made it difficult to make tea or coffee in the room.

Best aspects of my new year stay: The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hearty and delicious and the room was clean and cozy. I also appreciated the convenient location and easy access to public transportation.

Worst aspects of my new year stay: The hotel could have provided better amenities in the room, such as hot water and tea mugs. the room could have been better prepared for new guests, with the air conditioner turned on and the TV in working condition.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The hotel has a very warm and homely atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. The breakfast, which is brought to your room, was always fresh and delicious. We loved how the hotel is located in a quiet part of town but still close to the city center and shopping mall.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
